Hey all, I just joined the forum and am a recent subscriber to EHJ. I'm rapidly becoming addicted to the hunting prospects in other western states besides my own, California. I'm moving to AZ this summer and am looking for some folks to help me hit the ground running in the right direction with all the AZ has to offer.

I regrettably missed the elk deadline so missed out on the point :(....
I look forward to being apart of this forum, the journal and everything i have seen so far is outstanding.

(P.S. I am currently searching for hunting partners and job tips ;))

Welcome Vitals. You are moving to an awesome hunting state. Too bad you couldn't start building points this year for elk and antelope. You still can for sheep and deer in June.

One thing I would recommend is to take the Arizona Hunter's Safety when you get there. You will get a permanent bonus point. It has to be Arizona's course however. I flew down to take mine. You can do the classwork on-line, then just go and do a one day "field day" with all the little guys taking the course.
