First out of state hunt!

Checked out the NM G&F website at 12:01AM and found that i drew my first tag in new mexico on my first try!

My brother in law and i both put in for unit 57 and got it for muzzle loader season. We are both pumped!

Will be having my first out of state big game and first elk hunt in unit 16A let the planning begin!!

Although now that I think of it I have shot big game in two other countries roos and pigs in Australia and pigs in Mexico

Did you draw that 16A tag as a nonres??? Lucky dog!!!! I applied for that unit too, however you got that tag be ready buddy, and don't shoot the first 6x6 you see cause there are some big boys there. Good Luck!

Drew it as a Nonresident in my 1st year applying the luck was with me I guess!!
