I'm simple, Cajun sausage on a hot dog bun, pork n beans ant home made potatoe salad.

Either that or cold fried chicken from the night before.

I am the camp cook so I keep it pretty simple. Spaghetti is always the favorite but we also have burritos with green chile, steak, sausage sandwiches, red chile, kraut burgers, brats. I make 7 meals for 8 nights so everyone has a little more incentive to get an elk if they want a meal Friday night.

Least expected was a buddy grilling SPAM for breakfast! It was hot!

I'm leaving in 2 days for a week-long hunt in Wyoming. We're eating quick and easy for breakfast and lunch each day, jerky, apples, pop-tarts, granola bars, mixed nuts, Mountain House. Supper is when we'll cook up our real meals. I seasoned up some thick-cut pork loin steaks and refroze that we'll grill, beef bratwursts, burgers, bacon, and hopefully fresh pronghorn and whitetail backstraps.

Good luck!
