Yes they do. Sheep and moose as well. I was super surprised by the moose and sheep numbers. I assumed with the price increase on points, a bunch of people would drop out but the dropout rate really didn't change when compared to years past.
People can't "drop out" in one year- their points remain. After 2 years of the new pricing, I believe we will see the numbers go down a little as anyone who sits out 2 years loses their points. In the grand scheme of things, the price increase probably didn't deter too many after moose and sheep imo.

Valid point Hilltop- I would agree you won't see much difference for another couple of years. If the decision was to drop out after last years increase, then it will take 3 years(2 years of not applying) and then after the 3rd year dropping out.

Hmmm, yea I guess you're right. It'll be interesting in a few years to see what the numbers look like...
