Thought I would try a different way to display my european mounts and came up with this, I also have a few other ideas I'm working on. This is also a no-drill mount which I much prefer over drilling into the skulls. I Would like to see some of your own ways to display euro mounts, I'm sure much more clever than me!

Been using a Taxidermist in Bend that uses high quality wood. He does attach them with a bolt. I really like the nice wood, it's my favorite Euro style so far. My brothers deer is on Juniper, my antelope on Myrtlewood. He uses two slabs, hopefully you can see that from the side view of the antelope.

Those are very nice Tim, it's a nice way to display european mounts. Here's a bear of mine I did from a couple years back.

I really like the idea. That looks really nice and classy. I get tired of seeing the same old plaques. I have made a few out of old barn wood, unfortunately they were for my dad and I don't have any pictures. I use the skull hooker. It's nice because I can change deer in and out really easily. 20151031_132434.jpg
