Looking at my Utah draw history is depressing. Add 8 more to this list for 2016. Last tag was in 1994! It was a moose tag though

My immediate family went 0 for 21 this year.

Sorry Umpqua that is depressing that is a lot of rejection. I got lucky and drew the Book Cliffs Muzzy tag.At 69 I am running out of years to use all my points. I hope you have lots of years left. Lookout deer.

Umpqua, your drawing history looks a lot like mine. Only I drew a LE elk tag for the Book Cliffs back in 2001 and a LE muzzle loader deer tag for the Book Cliffs in 2015 and a turkey tag in 2004. Other than that I just get that try again next year.

But I can always fall back on my lifetime deer tag for Utah.

Ha ha....with max desert sheep points, the likelihood is strong that I will be moving to Utah someday.

That is one nice thing about being a non resident and that you can put in for all the hunts and build points. Then move to Utah and declare residency there and draw a OIL tag every year.

I lucked out and drew a deer tag. Filmore oakcreek LE Muzzy Deer September 28th-October 6th. Looks like I will be hunting Utah for the first time in 4 years...

My Utah draw history also shows plenty of unsuccessful in it...

I hunted to Oak Creek area a lot about 40 years ago. There used to be some nice deer down there. Good luck on the hunt.
