Increase overall fitness, but mostly improve my overall cardio function.

I have the P90x, but mostly I do kickboxing, and a lot of backpacking and snowshoeing. Also, limit calories and processed foods.

1) Current 180. (had started at 195 and lost 20 pounds, gained 5 to be back up to 180)
2) Goal - 170 to 175.
3) Other Goal - continue to work at cardio, endurance, stamina. Also continue to work legs, core/back for back packing.
4) Strategy - get back to going to the gym on a regular basis (target is 5 days a week), finish up my outstanding sessions with a trainer. Whenever winter and the deep freeze ends hit the river valley coulees work up to hiking with an increasingly weighted pack - side hill as well as up and down the hills with push ups at the bottom. Throw in hikes on the weekend out in the mtns.

3. Smaller, Faster, Stronger
4. I started a fitness program about a month ago and at the rate I am going I should hit my goal by fall with a little room to spare. More exercise and a better diet goes a long way.

Ok, I am currently at 344 lbs (official weight from Dr. visit last week) I started dieting and exercising last week after Dr. appointment.

I hope to get down to 200 - 225 by this fall deer season. I know its a tall order, but we'll see what happens.

I would love to be able to backpack hunt the David Long way and to do that I have to shed mass pounds. This would be a miracle if I can pull it off by this winter.
