Im 50’s - old fat slow lazy work all the time.
At 275, need to diet to get under 250# but been playing w couple dumbells - 20# and 40#. Getting ready to get 60 or 80#
Not doing much, trying for full motion as opposed to just lone muscle groups. Can do 20+ lifts of 40 if i keep em above shoulder but only about 15 if i make it a full motion.
Going from pickup to over my head w 40s - 12 or so reps every morning a time or two and 10 evening. Also play w 20s and 40s for bicep/tricep and holding them out in front of me. 20s seem effortless. Hoping the 40s will soon.
Need a lil more balance and weight. Hence the 60-80 pounds. Also need a bench to go w the 80s, maybe get 100s.
A 12 volt deep cycle still seems heavy. What do i need to do w my balance and picking stuff up as am aging?
