I have ran a ripcord on my previous bow and currently run a qad ultra on my elite and a now a trophy taker smackdown pro on a bow tech. The trophy taker is super easy to set up and is a lot quieter which I like for hunting. I do miss the ability to lock my arrow in place but it is full containment

It's hard to beat QAD for solid performance. I am interested to see what Stay Sharp will announce regarding his new prototype.

If anyone has ever taken some slow motion video of the QAD........many ....about half of the ones I've seen slap the vanes as it bounces back up post release. Some dont......and I seem to recall QAD maybe even putting in a fix for it.
I know they have done that to my arrows. If you set them high enough, you can reduce the bounce back some in my experience. Also, I have set my cock vane up and done ok at missing the bounce back.
