Do any states offer an OTC tag for Rifle?

wanting to do something different from the norm of just hunthing Whitetail around home here in Missouri.
I cant go out to CO yet for ELk just due to vacation time that I don't have enough of this year. so I'm thinking of trying to do a antelope hunt possibly.
but I'm still new with all of the tags and so on. in doing some looking I see that CO for Rifle is a draw which I could possibly get a leftover if they have any but if not, are there other states that have OTC for antelope?

You still have time to put in for the Wyoming draw, non residents have until May 31 to apply.

It is possible to draw a random buck tag in Wyoming but even doe tags are a draw.
Leftovers are a drawing first then go to OTC if any left from that draw.

the reason I was courious about some other states is to hopefully find something closer to me in Missouri since I wont have a huge amount of days to take off to go I thought about NE or SD or eastern CO. but looks like all of CO is private for the most part on the East side of the state or primarily private. and I don't know anyone out there. but just looking for some ideas on some of the other states also.
I know WY has great antelope hunting but that's a little further than I have vacation days off to make it worth it.

NE is all draw for rifle, and tough to draw for residents. I would have to check, but NE bow used to be unlimited.

I've never looked into it, but is there ample public ground to hunt during archery? If it the same for both deer and antelope?
Yes, it's the same as the archery deer tag- unlimited. It's a tough hunt but some guys do harvest antelope on public. Ample amounts of ground would be a matter of opinion. To me, not really. Like anywhere, it's a much better hunt if you can get on the right private land. One of my buddies has taken 70"+ bucks every year for the last 5 years on a good ranch. His buck from last year green scored right at 85"- no clue if he plans to enter it officially.

I like to bow hunt and have killed several deer and hogs over the years, but I have no desire to hunt antelope with a bow. Reason I hate sitting in a hot blind and odds of me stalking close enough to get a shot would be slim.

If you?re still looking to do this next year there are areas of eastern Wyoming that wouldn?t be much farther than eastern Colorado/Nebraska/South Dakota that can be drawn as a second choice 100% of the time. You?ll definitely need OnX for any of the units but that is as close as you are going to get to ?over the counter? for antelope unless you want to bow hunt them
