Anyone else have problems with their digital Eastmans subscription?

I have a Long-time EHJ paper subscription. I have a digital EBJ subscription so I can see the MRS in the EBJ magazines. The digital subscription has not been working for a long time now and they don't seem to know how to fix it.

The old saying of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" could have been applied here. I loved the old format, the new one not so much.

My 2 cents.

I guess I'll have to try the phone app, but my phone is always out of memory so I will have to delete some other apps first. And trying to look at those MRS tables on a phone screen will never work anyway.

Publish to PDF, end user downloads and views on any device, boom done.
Above problems go away instantly and customers renew instead of complaining on forums.

Print magazines will never die, just decline. They said the same about radio 50 years ago! I'm 30 years old and prefer print.
