Same issue with being unable to view offline

Thanks CM, and I promise, we have requests in with our provider for the streamlining.
In the forum this issue began more than a year ago and still isn't fixed. I need assistance to complete this action. I have 1. Current updated software versions. 2. iCloud 3. Plenty of storage capacity 4. Opened both versions and allowed them to completely "download".5. They all show downloaded and read. And still get the same message...............

Milosh, I have walked multiple people through the process by phone and they have been able to access their issues. Feel free to call the office and ask for me.
