Thanks for the clarification. My fingers are crossed. That would really blow for the residents that thought they drew. Guys just going to have to wait and see how it plays out

Wonder if there are a bunch of local guys who think they drew but did not...

Sure hope that is not the case.

This one will be interesting to watch play out.
I agree. It would be difficult to swallow if you thought you had a license and find out you don't. I expect that will be the case for some unlucky folks. That being said, I should have a 66% chance at my tag, so I'm hoping I get it now when they redraw (assuming that is what happens.).

I don't think it'll be near the heartbreak as the folks who thought they'd finally drawn Henrys tags.

I am only seeing a difference in 1 unit( 49) which looked to have all the tags go to Res. The other ones look normal. Help me if I am missing something. O.K. looked at some other posts and looks like LO and Res took up the quota. Human error or Computer glitch?

Yep. They took down the results of the 2014 deer draw. It had previously said that my deer points for 2014 had gone from 2PP to 3PP which indicated I didn't draw a tag but now it shows nothing for 2014. Maybe their playing their Obama card and their not going to allow anyone view "the back door anymore."

Here is another rumor for you but someone in the CPW said only the hunt recaps were wrong and not the draw so they are only reloading the recaps and not redoing the draw. Your points are still there you just need to know how to see them as the CPW just made it more difficult to see them right now..

After a bit of calling around I know for a fact that 4 NR friends points went to 0 on a unit where the recap showed that no NR drew....

So it sounds like they will only be redoing the recaps as that was what was wrong and not the draw its self.

I will say it again this will be interesting to watch play out..

Just got off the phone. Simple "statement" word for word..."Results never should have been posted. It wasn't complete. Wait until the 30th." I doubt very much we will see anything on elk this week. Surely they aren't that incompetent.

NOTE: 2014 Hunt Recap Summaries and Drawing Summaries posted to this page on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 were NOT the finalized statistical reports. The final reports will be posted to this page on May 30, 2014.

Please note: preference points and draw results are not official until May 15 for Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, Desert Bighorn Sheep, and Mountain Goat and until May 30 for Elk, Deer, Pronghorn, Bear, and Moose and changes can still occur up and until that point. If you see discrepancies with your results on or after those dates, please contact CPW.

There sure a lot of notes being added to the CPW page. lol.

"If you really need to view the hidden table...in Firefox, right click anywhere within the frame containing your point status, then click "this frame", then click "view page source". Scroll through the source code to find your 2014 point updates still there within the page code towards the bottom."

This was what a user on bowsite posted.
