With the deadline upon us tomorrow, now the waiting begins. With that, what tag are you hoping for the most? I have enough points to draw some good tags with a little luck, i.e. Mt goat, bighorn sheep, unit 2 elk and moose. Really hoping to draw either the elk or moose tag, decided to apply archery for both.

Yeah MM, it could be interesting if the gods are smiling upon me and I somehow draw both the archery elk and moose license. But I figured the odds of both were slim so it was worth the try.

I think the odds of me drawing either this year are slim too. I really need 1 more point in CO. If I dont draw either tag I will sit out of NV antelope next year since I should draw CO with 4 points. I did draw 2 tags with odds around 10% in 2012 so it can happen. Luckily those 2 worked together very well!

I am using my 15 antelope points in the draw this year. Moisture has been good over the winter and hoping for good moisture this summer.

I decided to burn my elk points this year so I am kind of hoping I don't draw moose or sheep so I can devote the time that the elk tag deserves. If I did draw the moose that would be a very easy hunt but the sheep would certainly complicate things. I don't know why I even send in for antelope because I really have no interest in hunting them anymore. Just habit I guess. Good luck to everyone in the draw.

If you are applying for a specific tag, for example Unit 2, 10, 61, 201 for elk, you usually know if you are in the draw pool of not, until then you are just "waiting for the right time".

This year for me is hopefully "the right time". :)
Im applying for a very specific tag but it has taken 3-5 points the last few years, last year 1 applicant with 4 didnt draw, and I have 3. So whatever year i draw weather it is this year or takes 2 more will be the right time for me :)
