I've been hunting Colorado several years. I'm public land hunter only and I'm trying to locate any good Colorado GMU to tag a bear? Any info helps

Resident or non-resident? You can get a pretty good idea on where the best bear hunting is by looking at the amount of pref points required for units. If I was a non-res, that's where I'd start. If your a resident and can spend some time scouting, etc you can find some off the grid places with decent bear hunting. Good luck!

Anywhere within 50 miles of Grand Junction would be a good place to start.
