Received both the sheep/goat and the big game brochures yesterday. Started digging through them and putting together my spreadsheet. Let the games begin!!

Now to figure out what to do with my 17 elk points. I think I will forever be stuck in the middle.

Got my sheep regs today too. Excited to finally be in a position to start applying for some tags instead of just buying stupid points every year!

I will again apply for an either sex M/L elk to as second choice, first will be another point to add to the 7 I already have. I have enough points to draw the 4th season deer tag I want and will add another point to the 13 I already have for antelope.

I will AGAIN apply for a Desert Sheep tag....have to get lucky one of these years!

I'll get my 3rd point for sheep and goat when I dont' draw this year, nice to finally get in the running at least.

Buying my 5th deer point, never bought an elk point in CO, I don't think I could ever draw a top end unit which pushes too much point creep on the the middle tier units as people drop out. CO elk is OTC or private for me.

Time to take out that annual 2nd mortgage for as many apps as a guy can shake a stick at. This is gonna be my year for goat or sheep or moose or maybe my hybrid elk tag. Something's gotta give!

I like how they say a pregnant female should not eat game meat killed with a lead bullet.
Taken a little to far, don't you think?

Way too far. We've dealt with all kinds of perinatal specialists and didn't the first one mention that or any literature cover it. More concerned with lunch meat and mercury levels in fish/shellfish.

Donating to the cause again this year.
