CC Hits!

I wished they had done elk first, then I could have gotten in for the deer drawing in wyoming if my card didn't hit....
 
Last year I got the email before I got the CC hit.

I believe that elk is tomorrow and then deer on Wednesday and antelope on Thursday..........but then I could be wrong.
 
I don't think CPW has any intentions of releasing deer, elk or antelope until after the MT and WY deadlines. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see them going out of their way to support their customers whom need to plan for fall hunting trips, it's just not in their nature to give a flip about how these draws effect our fall seasons.
 

Primary Draw

The first, main big-game draw of the year for hunters applying for limited hunting licenses. A qualifying license is required to apply for the draws.

My CC last year had transaction dates as follows:
Deer- 6/5/2019
Elk- 6/6/2019
The notification emails from CPW for “successful“ draws of both deer and elk came 6/5/2019.
Just have to see how the week plays out...... 👍🏽
 
I just got charged for my moose weighted point. I was hoping that this would be my year. Good luck to all in the draws!
 
I got a $100 hit for another mostly useless NR moose preference point with my e-mail a couple of hours later. I looked up my e-mails from last year and they all came on 6/5 for moose, elk, deer, pronghorn. Looks like CO is ahead of the game this year...

Yep, I got my moose preference point email yesterday.
 
^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Now that is damn funny! I was having a cookie and a glass of milk and got to your post and here comes the milk out the nose from laughing so hard!! Good one Mallardsx2....🦌🦌
 
Colorado isn't too bad since the emails hit almost as soon as the CC hits do.

But a state like Utah that hits the cards and then it is 3 or 4 days later before the email hits people check their cards ever 10 or so minutes.

I just set up alerts on my card that I use. Any charge where the card isn't present sends me a text and a email about it the instant that the charge goes through.
