CC Being Hit For Utah Tags

Let's see, bison, moose, mountain goat, desert bighorn.....all good tags. I would take any one of them.

I keep rubbing my cell phone hoping that the draw genie will send a text to me telling me that my CC has be charged but no love yet.

I think you mentioned a Cabela's card in an earlier post? They can be 2 days behind others in posting charges. I wouldn't give up hope.

I just watch the available credits t limit. If a charge is hit to my account that is the first way to see any activity, and that?s almost instant.

I?m keeping my fingers crossed.

Do they only hit CC during their business hours? No need to keep trying my Cabela’s if they don’t.

They will hit at any time of the night and day.

It is a lot like fishing, you never know when one is going to bite or what is on the end of the line until you get it in.

Just called my card to check unposted charges coming in.
Bam, looks like I drew plateau pronghorn with 9 points. Expected another year or so.
Never been there, no idea anything about the unit. Time to start planning.

Gonna be busy. Alaska in August for 2 weeks for Caribou, and Texas deer in November already.

Just as a FYI, that is a huge area for the antelope to wander around in. The last few years down there during the deer and spike elk hunt we have actually found more antelope up near the trees ranther than out on the area that you would think that they should be.

If you want to look at any maps or Google Earth on it look at the area around Parker Mountain and Polly Wog Lake.

I drew that rifle tag last year and had a great hunt. I actually got a lot of info from Jim. If you need I can tell you where I saw antelope, and a great place to camp. As long as you don’t enter from Antemoney with a big trailer.

My Cabela's card just showed a discrepancy between account balance and available credit of approximately $393. My daughter is in for the youth bull elk tag. This could throw a wrench in our plans.
