I looked into buying those boots too, but some of the review comments complained of the rand coming loose after one use. Most users did love the fit and comfort of the boot. I have used and abused a pair of the Perfekt hikers for four years, and without a doubt they are the best boots that I have ever owned. They are due for a replacement, but after suffering from cold feet on a recent WY backpack hunt was looking at the insulated boot. Too late for buyers remorse. Just make sure that they fit before you take them outside, so that you can still return them if necessary.

I bought a pair after a lot of research last year when I drew my moose tag. I love them. They are the best boots I have ever had for mountain hunting. I hunted 37 days last fall wearing them and never had any problem. I have been wearing them this season and still loving them. The only thing I have an issue with is when the snow gets around 4" deep or so walking gets to be a little more like walking in sand, because of the vibram type sole with the large flat lugs on the toes they tend to slip when pushing off. I will just switch over to my Schnee's with the air-bob soles if we ever do get some real snow. I really like my Perfekt Extremes! If I'm not mistaken Cabela's has that lifetime warranty. Have you ever been in the bargain cave? Half of those boots look like they were worn for years and people returned them!

They got here today. I just tried them on. They are by far the most comfortable boot brand new ive ever bought. Hopefully they last and im sure they will be more comfortable after I break them in more.

When I got mine I walked three miles every other day for a month, and never had soreness at all.

I bought a pair of the Meindl Denalis this year and used them on a 2-week sheep and goat hunt and again on a 1-week WY muley hunt. I have been very pleased with them. They never really needed breaking in, though I did as much hiking as I could before I went.

I just received a pair of my own about a month ago. I haven't had a chance to really try them out yet, but I own the Denali's too and they are awesome. I had to order both pairs of Meindl's one size smaller than my standard size. I have no doubts the Perfekt Extremes will be just as awesome.

Love Meindl's, however I switched over to Kenetrek's. The Meindls can not be resoled and the Kenetreks can be. I would wear out the soles and the uppers were in great shape and I would have to throw them away. Love the no break in though. God bless

I have the hikers and the hunters and have worn them for 4 years without complaint. I have worn them in 30" of snow and dry ground and they performed great.

After having them for a while I really like them but im noticing that they squeak when I walk... Not a big fan of that. Snowseal has stopped the squeeking. Its caused by the laces rubbing the leather...

Have perfect 10's for several seasons. As mentioned getting noisy, think i need to condition them. Super comfy, only issue I ever had was the first season on a CO elk hunt, we rode the ATV's around a lot, mine is a manual transmission, foot shift, and I got a hot spot where the shifter was.

I bought a pair on Thanksgiving day online They were on sale for black Friday I saved $100.00.
I love them they are comfortable for sure, and saving that coin was a bonus!!!!

All cabelas brand boots are guaranteed for life, Ive taken back my Cabelas Meindas 3 times in the past several years, each time Ive walked out with brand new boots without paying a cent.

I have both the Denalis and the Perfekts. The Denalis are 4 years old and still great, the Perfekts were new in September and haven't done much other than sit in a treestand. Both are awesome.
