I have yet to take any game or process (newer hunter) game but will be moving to Colorado next year so my odds will go up on getting some meat! (Cali sucks!) Haha but would you guys mind sharing how much you would typically pay a butcher to process a whole Elk? And a whole Deer? Just trying to get a feel for what is ahead for me. I do plan on eventually buying everything and doing it myself in the future.
