Bugles??

Hey guys,
Just curious if anyone's been hearing bugles out there? Friends of mine have said they are starting to sound off here in northern CO. Best of luck it's almost here!!

Wardens came into work to get their truck worked on. Said that the smaller bulls are really bugling this last week. Getting really cold, was going to set up camp this weekend but my hunting spot got anywhere from 3-6" of rain last night. Hope it dries up these next two days.

I am heading to the bighorns Sept 15 for an archery hunt. I hope the big boys wait a few more days so they are amped up by the 15th. Cant wait. I just hope we dont get snowed in, they way its been going.

Heading to Yellowstone for a family vacation. Will see if they are bugling there. Hope they are !!

It's just like riding a bike....You'll get the first answer back from a growler, you'll forget your name and someone will have to hit you with a stick to break you out of "hunt mode"....at least that's what happens to me. ;)

The bulls are starting to talk a little where I've been going.

I hope to hear some in a few weeks, heading to Wy for the first time. I havent bow hunted elk in a couple years, man I'm really looking forward to it! I'm not even bothering with Oregon this year, well maybe rifle in October...I've heard some bugles then too.
