Can anyone recommend an area for O.T.C. archery elk hunting, not too many people, backpack style hunt with 0-1 point? I've looked at 66,6746,49,Thanks, roundball

Points are irrelevant if you are hunting OTC.

You might try looking at the OTC elk map http://cpw.state.co.us/learn/Pages/Maps.aspx and look up the harvest results for archery http://cpw.state.co.us/thingstodo/Pages/Statistics-Deer.aspx Write down the harvest stats on the map and that should give you some idea. Then go to the CO hunting atlas and look at the land ownership to see how much public land there is http://ndismaps.nrel.colostate.edu/index.html?app=HuntingAtlas
