I believe that they did- "The suspension by a state court in Montana is recognized across the U.S." Who know if all 50 states will honor it though.

The problem is that he is a poacher plain and simple which means he doesn't care about the law. So even banning him across the whole world means the same thing to him. Now if they would of thrown in a dozen years in the pen along with the fines and ban then he might get the message.

Glad that they were able to catch and convict him. I think the sentence, fine and lifetime ban is appropriate. Hoping that all states honor and enforce the hunting/fishing ban.
