Anybody hunt black bear in BC or Alaska on the west coast? whats the best places to hunt nice bears with good coats, for a budget minded hunter

I live in BC and have friends that live on the island that shoot BIG bears year after year. The north end of Vancouver Island is your best bet for BIG bears with BEAUTY coats! Not sure what the going rate for a guided hunt is tho.

If you have a good place to archery hunt whitetails in SD I might be interested in taking you on a spring bear hunt here in Oregon in exchange for a hunt there. 
The price would be hard to beat! We have some good bears with great coats in the spring. I killed a B&C bear in 2008 and one real close to it this year.
This is this springs boar called into 100 yards.
This one was spot and stalk to 60 yards and he made the B&C awards book in 2008.
I'm just throwing it out there! You could always do a DIY trip to Oregon too....

Oregon is dirt cheap for a non resident to hunt bears and we have plenty of the things to go around.
