My "machine"! Talk about energy, this little girl has tons of it. She has the gusto of a full blown male, and the brains to listen. I'm one lucky SOB. Couldn't spring for a papered dog, but for $250, I'm pretty sure she will do the job.image.jpg Here she is at Meadow Lake 8mos old. Give her a couple more years and she should be the duck dog of my dreams.

Great dogs don't always have to be papered. My best working dog wasn't papered and she would retrieve triples. Died unexpected. All that matters is that you are happy with her!!!

The only REAL reason for papers is if you want to breed, show or field trial a dog. Dogs are not hard to train, just takes a little common sense and some work. I've trained a few and they all turned out great. Get them to respond to a whistle, hand signals and obediance trained and you can have a great working dog. If you have not trained a dog before and want some tips, PM me.

Good Luck...nice looking pooch:D
