If you get meat from the store then dont criticize me for having the courage to go out and kill my own meat

Swarovski 10x32 EL. Pretty compact and light. Just helped me spot a 6-point elk shed a few weeks ago.

nickon monarchs 10x42, looking at the euros from cabelas though. i sure like my nikons though.
I bought the Euros after hearing comments on this forum and BB saying they were good. After using them all of last season, I couldn't be happier. Only downfall if any is they are a little heavier than my buddy's swarovski's but not ok noticeable with the Kuiu harness I use.

I was using Cabela's XTs.

I have a set of Leica 10x28 Ultravid compacts. I really like these things.

My son uses a set of 10x28 Leupold Gold Ring compacts that I gave him after using them for many years. They are a really nice glass. I know I know, the compacts don't work quite as well at dawn and at dusk, but they sure as heck carry a lot easier. I know lots of folks who leave their heavier full size glass in the truck because they are so heavy and bulky to carry around. If it's not with you it can't help you find game very well.

They are what I like at least. Personally if I got another pair, the largest I would go would be an 8x32 or 10x32. I think a good quality glass in this size and power range would be very effective.

It really depends on how I am feeling that day.

:)

My favorites for general use are the Meopta HDs. this spring I have been grabbing the 8X32 ELs though, because the ergos are so nice, and I spend a lot more time moving this time of year. WHen I am feeling nostalgic and the weather looks nice, I will occasionally go for the Zeiss Jenoptem 8X30 classic porros.

BB how do the 8x32 and 10x42 EL's compare? I really like my 10x42 EL's but the 8x32 looks interesting because they are lighter and smaller.
