Best Hunting Gift/Gear for Under $100

I finally got fed up with my rifle sling never staying put on my shoulder and put the Claw rifle sling on my list - just over $20. Also, had my wife buy me some flip up scope covers. I don't know why I didn't put them on a long time ago. Again, not too expensive.

For anyone that doesn't yet use the Outdoor Edge or other replacement blade knife, that's a keeper. Same for a Wyoming saw. Or, a lightweight inflatable solar-charged LED light to use as a tent light. Flip-top mittens, merino socks, a merino balaclava...

A couple more for you.

Lansky knife sharpening set-up with the C-clamp addition. It will run about $70.00 for both in the store. I wish I would have gotten this years ago! All of my knives are scary sharp now. Yes it takes longer to do the initial sharpening of a knife as you typically have to clean up the mess created by years of sharpening with stones and the Work Sharp equipment. My buddy uses the Work Sharp on his own knives but has seen the light as they are not as sharp as when I do them and the edges DO NOT last a long!

A good quality headlamp is also a nice plus and they certainly run under $100.00 for a really good one.

+1 for the Lansky sharpener....

I use mine all the time; sharpen the kitchen cutlery when I sharpen the fishing and hunting knives, I get "points" on more than just my knives...lol hard to get that "look" when you sharpen the Mrs' chef knives at the same time as your bird and trout knife!

You can buy them things at most any HW or farm & fleet/ranch store too; besides online.

My birthday is coming up next month and I am trying to give the wife some ideas for a nice gift for under $100. I am debating on just telling her to put it into my tag fund for next year haha.

What are some sub $100 pieces of gear you have bought or been gifted that are awesome?

Possible things I am looking at:

Nice headlamp-I usually buy mine for $9 on Amazon never had bought a "nice" one
Clothes-I have a nice system from FL/Cabelas but open to hearing specific pieces
Knife-I have a Havalon Titan but I suppose a nice knife from my wife can be more decorative or a keepsake
Ice fishing stuff-Nothing to do here in ND during winter otherwise haha
Reloading Gear-Just getting into it and bought a RCBS master kit with 30-06 dies, brass, and bullets
Archery- Looking to upgrade my sight this year I have an older G5 sight.
Painting/Wildlife prints
Some cool ideas to keep in mind for next birthday/Christmas:
