I like My Lowa renegades a lot, I've used them in august with lighter socks and done great and used them in single digits and snow in November with good wool socks with no complaints. I took them out of the box brand new and went on a 20+ mile back pack trip with no break in and no blisters. Couldn't be happier.

Meindl Denali's. I love mine. You'll probably get a thousand opinions on boots but I really can't say enough good things about the Denali's. I have never gotten a wet foot, they fit awesome with a pair of light-medium merino socks, and are bulletproof. As far as boot prices go, they really are a pretty good deal compared to others.

I have a pair of Lowa Tibets and a pair of Lowa Cevedales for the nasty rock country.
Best boots I have ever hunted in the last 30 years. The are expensive no doubt but
