Wisconsin bear down!
Waited 13 years for this boar, and it was a great time.
He came into the bait from the north, and right when he was about to clear the brush for a shot, he bolted straight back to the north. About 25 minutes later he circled back to the west behind me, and came back to the bait. One shot, and he made it about 30 yards without the top of his heart. Bear brats, and my son dubbed bearcon are on the menu!

Of the game meat I have used, I think bear meat makes the best sausages. If you have someone who can add some jalape?os and cheddar to the mix, it just doesn?t get much better.

We make our own meats. I'll make a jalapeno and cheddar, red onion and Swiss cheese, and green Chile brats, along with some bearcon.
