unit 13. It was on a draw it was my third choice.
If conditions are good and dry and you've scouted a waterhole antelope are using, it's as near a done deal as you can get. I hunt antelope with a rifle and bow all the way through Aug-Oct, and each time period has it's own special qualities. In my opinion there's nothing like watching a buck come in to get a drink, unaware, and sticking him at close range.

Spot and stalk is possible but more difficult (which can be great), and another tactic is sitting a fence crossing. If you can find agricultural river bottom then I would hang around the hay meadows!

Tried the be the decoy. Unless its rut time (which is during rifle season in NV) they could care less. Just my experience.
My Mom used it last year and it made them really curious and got them to come in. She had a few chances to take a shot but didn't.
