Hey Mike, how's the moisture situation looking up in your area? I was surprised to hear you say you go way down past Riverton for goats. Is the population not very good up in the Basin area on west up where you're at?
No, I was talking about Wyoming ranchers in general. The license plate on the truck is what they look at first, then they USUALLY expect some money. Not all do, but one such rancher told me that If a guy can afford to take an out-of-state hunting trip they can also afford a "Trespass Fee". That fee is usually based on weather or not the critter has any headgear. That's what I've experienced.Has your experience been in 114?
***Geez, I thought earlier you said all you had to do was go into 114 and they'd let you hunt for free!!! $50 is definltely a good price out there to get on property for a buck!
The antelope are not hard to find and you won't have to pay a fee or anything like that. Farmers are begging people to come thin them out.
Hey Elkoholic can you hook me up if I come out to 114? Nice buck! Tell your Dad congrats. I'd like to try the early season rifle one day.
Nice job! Tell me more about the rifle and scope. Looks like a good one.My dad got this buck in 114 yesterday. The trespass fee was only $50 so he was pretty happy.[/URL]
