I apologize for asking such a simple question here, but I looked at the Montana website and couldn't sort out the exact numbers. If I apply for only an antelope tag in Montana, what is my total cost to apply, and how much would I receive as a refund if I didn't draw? Just thinking about building points and wondering how much it would cost me. Thanks.

$10 for conservation stamp, $200 license fee, $20 bonus point fee and $5 application fee. Plus 3% online fee. About $242.30 total cost and a $200 refund.

Why Montana?
Much better antelope hunting in Wyoming IMO. Heck even residents in MT have trouble drawing a tag every year.

Because I'm hoping to be in Montana on a hunt for my wife in a few years, and I thought an antelope tag would be a nice addition to the itinerary.
