actually it would not have mattered where the jackets where made. Most if not all fabric mills have closed up in the US, Most all fabrics come from overseas, Kiui would have still been waiting on the material to show up.

Also I was seeing 1 week to one month slow down of products coming from overseas. But I do not import into long beach. I use Tacoma and that port was not as affected. The only way to not get caught in this, was to import into mexico.

Kuiu should start using the ports in Mexico as they come online. If the Ports and Unions in the U.S can't get their act together then businesses must look elsewhere. It is a shame that these guys use the fact that their ports are needed to hold the countries businesses hostage. Now more jobs will be moved outside our borders and the same people that caused this mess will cry out the loudest as the jobs leave. Way to go guys. If you don't believe me look at Ford, GM, Chrysler, Hostess, and many others.
