I just got done working up a load for my brother in law for his 7mm Rem mag. I used RL19, RL22, and some IMR 4831. I used Nosler and Barnes bullets and finally settled for a Barnes 140 grain TTSX over 67 grains of RL19. The same load using RL22 was 100 fps faster but the RL19 was more accurate. I tried some Nosler 160grain Accurbonds but couldn't get them to shoot very well.
From what I have read RL22 is little bit more temperature sensitive than RL19 but I make up my loads in the summer and shoot them in the cooler months so I don't worry about that. RL22 has worked quite well for me in my .340 Weatherby and if you work up your load for your 7mm it should also work for that.
