kudos!

I haven't gotten my handout yet. I have a friend who is struggling ( cancer treatments) who I can be sure will not spend it on drugs and alchohol or gambling but will buy food for his kids instead. his family will receive my handout for a handup.

never will I ever give to an unknown entity. to much chance money will go to an individual whose existence I disaprove of.
this is my issue with government charity, giving away what isn't even theirs to give.

I do however love to see individuals willing to give when they don't have to. so again , kudos to you sir!

just hope those individuals use some judgement and discerning WHEN they give so as not to waste it on the undeserving.

Checked my bank statement online this morning to see if my VA disability was there and guess what, a $1,200 deposit (600 apiece for me and my wife) was there from the feds. I couldn't believe it. Now we are going to look for a good place to put it.....food bank, local aid for people in need, etc.
Wow CC ... that was FAST !!
I’ve retired since the first checks came out but I still don’t think I’ll qualify since my wife is still working.
If we do get check(s) I like your ideas of places to donate them.
