I'm already thinking of the HUGE San Juan County bucks. I was thinking of going with the Henrys, but I'm reconsidering.

Thanks, guys, I really do appreciate all of your kind words. I owe a lot of gratitude to my guide, Bighorn Ram. He has an extremely broad breadth of knowledge. He even gave me an archaeology lesson. Most impressive of all was that there is no doubt in my mind that I could take Bighorn Ram to Downtown LA & he'd find bulls.

In my opinion, the defining criterion of an incredibly fantastic experience is whether I'd do it again. I'd hunt with Bighorn Ram in a New York second. In fact, I'm gonna use my limited entry buck bonus points for a try at a HUGE buck up there. I know about the Henrys. But I'd be doggone if bucks in the Henrys can be bigger than San Juan County bucks. And, of course, everyone in Bighorn Ram's outfit were the best quality people. Everyone was willing to help me and answer my questions.

After recovering from the physical exertion of that hunt and after being able to reflect upon it, the happier I become. Of course, walking trough my garage and seeing those huge antlers conjures up memories that I'll treasure until God arranges my meeting ST. Peter.

I hope this means I ain't no longer a greenhorn bull elk hunter. I waited a long time for that incredible experience.

Thanks again, guys,

SS
