That 90/10 reality really set in looking at those results/odds. Minimum 18 points just to draw the lowest point tag. Seems crazy but I understand why those guys dumped their points. Will be interesting to look at the applicant numbers overall to see if they drop over the next couple of years.
In the area I have been trying to draw, I went from being within a point or two from 2015 through 2019 to basically being in a situation I will never draw unless something changes. I'll make my donation again this year in hopes the system is adjusted to at least give me a shot.
