Nice cow and looks like a well placed shot! Congrats to you and your son!
He made 2 great shots. Double lunged the first shot, she looked pretty sick but just stood her ground so he hit her again and took her between the heart and lungs with the second and he tipped her over where she stood.
Ringing steel all summer long sure helps!

Excellent! I had my 13 year old out shooting yesterday practicing for his elk hunt coming up. He is shooting as good or better than I am! I think an elk is going to be in trouble if he gets an opportunity.
