Thanks guys. Just got the meat back, looks like a deer, an antelope and the bull max out my freezer space!

I've still got a cow tag too....I most likely will not be filling that. I went out for it only once before my bull tag and had a shot but wanted to wait to see if I filled the bull tag. Glad I waited haha

same here. got elk ,deer ,antigoat, beef ,pork ,turkey and a couple pheasants and a few quail.

been a blessed year

If we would have had one more tag I would have had to start giving meat away. It would be too much for us to eat by ourselves. There is always friends that are happy to help with that kind of problem. Lol

Yep, my freezer is pretty full with my elk and antelope.
Waiting to get my deer back from the processor ... then it will be full.
But as you said, I've had plenty offers from friends to help if I do run short of space !

I like variety . so my family tends to trade a lot of meat. if I kill nothing I buy a beef or pork and trade some for wild game. many in my family do the same. so there is seldom a year, we don't have deer ,elk ,and antelope, beef ,pork and occasionally moose. in our freezers.


this year ,I only got a deer but others in the family did very well
