Post a picture from every trip, even if it was a slow day!

Oh yeah, be watching this week. There may or may not be a REALLY big waterfowl giveaway coming up!

Here are a few pics as promised. Haven't quite figured out a good way to display them other than on the end of a tailgate.

IMG_20161120_185030.jpg. Went out this eve and only thing with wings close enough to fling shot at was this plane cruising the river feet from the water?? Was nice eve to be out though

who knows. first I hear geese getting louder and louder, then I hear people on other side of river down a ways yelling, then I see tons of geese getting the hell out of dodge then this plane cruising the river like its going to land in the river cruises past. it was a way nice evening out and the river was full of fishermen in boats and guys set up for wing blasting. I don't know how this plane didn't hit a boat as close as he was to the water. at first I thought he needed to make an emergency landing but he was clearly in total control.

Was it division doing some sort of counting or was it someone harassing people on the river. Very interesting! Not something you see every day! Sort of thing that definitely makes a hunt end short!

I think it was someone harassing the water dwellers. with all of the people out today I'm sure itll be on the news

i talked with some guys at work today and they said this guy does it often and that he does it when birds aren't moving around getting the action going, another guy told me that he's a bush pilot in Alaska and practices along the river. ive never seen him down there before and I fish the hell out of that river until it freezes. most people I talked to about it said it doesn't bother them. im new to the whole duck and goose game and figured it would chase the birds off the water into the fields???

Interesting! I am surprised if he does this often he hasn't been questioned about wildlife harassment. I know here in Colorado a person can get in some trouble for that. But then again maybe he is just getting some time in behind the controls for Alaska. Thanks for the follow up!

everyone's favorite duck:) action has been slow, ive been missing way to many shots and I needed an ego boost. now to find a recipe that that makes this thing eatable.
