Does anyone know when they usually post the 2016 harvest reports and 2017 draw odds?

2017 draw odds can only be figured after the draw as they have no way to know how many people will apply for various tags. You can guess based on previous years drawings but it will truly be just an educated guess. In general, you can add one point each year for tough to draw areas. In other words, if a tag took 5 points in 2016 to draw, there is a good chance it will take 6 points to draw in 2017. I have seen some areas jump as much as 4 points in one year but in general they increase .5-1 points per year for desirable LQ tags. Hope this help you- good luck.

That helps, thanks. I was thinking that because here in BC we get draw odds sent out with the draw entry forms it would be similar, but now that I think about it, those must be the previous years results.
