Not at all, it's no different than a warm antelope hunt really, except we have more shade and cool canyons available than most 'lope hunts offer. I do like to get the hind quarters off the bone quickly though. Besides that, the meat builds a protective crust very quickly in the shade/breeze to help preserve the interior muscle. Keeping a cape in those conditions is the more tricky part, at least without ice on hand.archery in july, so cool! run in to probs with meat spoilage at all? looks like fun, nice work
