Those look tasty, keystone or not! I had my smoker fired up this weekend making ribs and they were a hit as usual.

Well you lobbed one up for me JasonGWY and I missed it. I don't think I could have resisted a bait dangling like that Saturday night. That's what againstthewind says!
Good idea, Thanks!! Ill have to try that this fall. I do like a PBR every once in a while too.I've used beer in the water pan of my smoker when cooking something big (brisket, pork butt, etc.) to keep meat from drying out. It always comes out good, but I usually use PBR for this.
They said all Wyoming guys like Busch, I couldn't resist.Well you lobbed one up for me JasonGWY and I missed it. I don't think I could have resisted a bait dangling like that Saturday night.![]()
No I made it first. I just smoked it in the smoker! HAHA. I dont quite understand your question.Hey, did you make the sausage in the smoker MM?
I was curious if you ground, mixed, seasoned, and stuffed the sausage prior to being placed in the smoker? No I made it first. I just smoked it in the smoker! HAHA. I dont quite understand your question.
How else would you make sausage? lol.I was curious if you ground, mixed, seasoned, and stuffed the sausage prior to being placed in the smoker?
Well, some people buy raw sausage from the store and then smoke it as an imposter to actually being homemade. How else would you make sausage? lol.
It can! I just haven't found anything that comes out near as good as homemade, even using the kits you can buy. The high mountain seasoning company is on my home town, so it's easy to run by and buy cure, individual seasonings, etc.I thought sausage came from the store????
