Today I got the phone call from my bow shop I've been waiting for since Feb 1st.............Your Carbon Spyder Turbo is in !!!! Man did the work day drag on after that, but I picked it up and got it home. Can't wait to start setting it up!

I've shot and played with both the Bowtech Carbon Overdrive and the RPM 360. The Carbon Overdrive is what I'm using for 2014. With all the accessories its not too light... with a 383 grain arrow (VAPS) and 29" draw length, 72 lbs, I'm running just over 310 fps with my hunting arrow. The RPM 360 with the same setup is going 330 fps!

Very nice, how does it shoot so far?
I've only fired about a dozen arrows through it so far. I just finished outfitting it the other day and going to get a few arrows through it to settle in the string before I serve in the peep, then fine tuning and sighting in. So far it's everything I expected as far as being dead in the hand at the shot and is very quiet with ZERO recoil. One thing I have noticed is that the bow falls forward pretty hard after the shot so I may shorten / lighten my stabilizer a little to help with that.

Well, found some time to run the CST through the crony this afternoon. Here are my specs and results. Once I install the peep my fps's may change slightly.

Draw wt. 67 lbs
Draw length 27.5"
Arrow wt. 426 gr.
Average was just a shade over 279 fps.

Those specs are awesome at your draw and weight.

I'm a 27" and getting about 274fps with a 418 grain 400 FMJ. My draw weight is 67.5lb.

Got my Bowtech Experience, chose over Hoyt Faktor, last weekend. Am very impressed with it so far and will soon shoot hunting arrows through cono and report results. I only get a new bow every 8-10 years and can't believe how technology is making it easy to shoot.

I've shot the Mathews Chill R, the new Helim, and the Bowtech Experience, RPM 360, Carbon Overdrive, and Knight. I've now got a Carbon Overdrive, 72# @ 30". It has a bit harsher draw cycle than the Experience or either Mathews, but I love the weight. It saves over 2 lbs over my old Hoyt! That's a lot of weight to take off the end of your arm when you're in the mountains.

I put a ripcord, spot hog, Bee Stinger, and Tight Spot on it. Still trying to get the rest tuned up.
