Well it looks like the Lord has blessed us again! I was stationed in wonderful Idaho for 15 years, currently finishing up a 3 year tour here in Alaska and wait for it..... wait for it...... we are going to finish up my service in Colorado Springs, CO. Anyone here from the area?

Just put the Voetrx Nomad 20X60X60 (straight eye piece, without cloth cover, with both end caps) on the Vortex High Country tripod and placed the combo on the scale. The combo came in at 70.375 ounces......... just thought this info might be helpful to someone out there :)

Lets get to brass tacks and nail down the lightest, brightest, longest lasting headlamp out there. Lets keep the list down to AAA or smaller batteries, must have a red bulb or led, must have low and high output. I currently have a great headlamp but it is very heavy and needs to be replaced.
