I just signed up for my first elk/mule deer hunt and I am really excited about it. I will have accesss to several private ranches. I think its District 560. I will be there the first week in November. I am just waiting on the license draw then I will start "gearing up".

I am looking to do a guided elk hunt this fall. Many outfitters recommend wool clothing and I don't have much experience with wool. Are they talking Filson, Cabelas, King of the Mountain, etc. Any ideas/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
