Until the second round starting in about 10 days...

Regarding elk, I'm going to focus on private land cow tags for a few years. The rat race on public really got under my skin this year. Saw some things this year I hope I never see again.

To put it simply, I think this will make the quality of a Wyoming general hunt better. I have hunted elk since 1989 in virtually the same couple of mountain ranges. In my 11 days out this season I saw more hunters than I have ever seen. In some areas the hunter density was similar to what...

I am in favor of this. Imo it will really help with hunting pressure in some areas, especially SE Wyoming. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Cvi8A75hl8p_e9lmvctjog8YINJRvKOh

Appreciate you responding.

I generally agree but the older I get the more critical I become of both sides.

Wonder how many injuries the cat sustains during something like that or how long it takes them to recover... crazy.

Would love to hear your recipe. We eat quite a few ducks every year and always looking for new ideas.

On our ahead of schedule. Yes, harvest has started.

My oldest lives in Tampa. He missed the bad stuff thankfully. Have another person I know if Fort Myers - they lost their business and their home. Rough storm for sure.

Great to hear from you! Congrats on another successful season.

I have only taken my gun out once lol. I'm having a blast just working with the kids and the dog. The scenery isn't bad either.

It has been a great early and youth season here in Nebraska. My son has done great and we were also able to introduce waterfowl hunting to one of his classmates who had never gone before. Nebraska is an amazing destination for the early teal seasons imo. Glad to offer help to anyone wanting...

They are also pushing for a 50/50 split between regular and random. I do think draw odds get tougher for the regular tags with this change but at least the high dollar tags will be available for the diy guys who want to budget for them.

You can also find a good hill for a backstop in many areas on public land to shoot/sight in. I know a few spots that will be on your way. Shoot me a PM if you want directions.
