Yeah makes sense, it's a small certain part of the hunt area.

It will be interesting to see if the New Director for Colorado CPW makes any changes lol, also if they reduce tags in the Craig area.

The biologist canceled the type 6 tags in my area which is good but not the type 7 tags which doesn't make sense. I'm not a biologist but to me it makes common sense to cancel the type 7 to.

I think they should make type 1 tags buck only and I also will not ever shoot a doe on a type 1 tag , I will eat tags soup first.

I'm just glad it's Wyoming and not Colorado...... we'll see if Colorado reduces tags around Craig/Meeker area......

They canceled doe/fawn tags for my area which is good.....

so I just got a email from game and fish with the modified seasons that they are going to present to the April 18th meeting in Casper. Now they canceled the type 6 season for my unit but kept the type 1 from 800 to 600 tags and type 7 from 50 to 25 tags.

Well Polis appointed a new CPW Director so maybe he will make some changes lol

I hunted it since 2016 I get a donated tag, but I havee my own points I was going to use. are you going to apply this year?

I just talked to the biologist and he said they don't plan on cutting anymore tags for my unit and he said he would still put in because I still will have a quality hunt. So I just have to make sure that's what I want to do I'm not sure if I will even get drawn this year I'm on the border for...

I didn't think of that it makes sense, maybe I should just get a point for another year or two and hopefully the herd recovers.

for type 1 tags they went from 800 to 600 and for type 6 tags they went from 200 to 100

yeah that's what I heard I guess I'm in denial
