Arizona elk hunts
These are all from 2A or B. You just have to do a lot of looking around. They are there but no very many. Two years ago when my brother had a cow tag we saw more bulls than cows, -

In the title of your thread you say you have unit 1, 2B and 2C? Don't dismiss 2 B and C because while there aren't many elk in those units there are some nice bulls taken every year. -
