Here's my sheep. My other mounts are taken down while we have our house on the market.

Nice Rifle, congrats! I don't have one so can't recommend bullets, sorry.

My sister did it with all of our pictures from our childhood. She lives in a small town in Montana and she went to the local library and did them there. It took her a few trips to get them all done. Now they all fit on a thumb drive. Crazy. I’ll bet a Kinko’s or somewhere similar could do...

Ah ha! I thought maybe he only had one antler when you got him. Nice collection!

Very nice, I'm gonna have to call and see if mine's opening up too !

Pretty cool CC ! What's up with that 1-horn mule deer on the far left?

Sounds like a great guy, who was having fun with his life. Unfortunate way to die though.

Very nice !

Sounds like Friday you'll wanna have a couple of Pacificos !! 20 years … Congrats!

Just hunt 'em spot & stalk … then you don't need no stinkin' bait (pun intended). ;)

Damn CC … that sounds pretty good! I've been working away on this silly computer for what seems like forever. I think I need to retire!

^^^ Just make sure you can run faster than the guy next to you !!

^^^ Ohhhhhh Noooooo !!!! Don't say stuff like that !!!

Dang, well it still looks like a beautiful place for fun hunt on horseback!

Awesome pics CC! Did you get an elk on that trip?

I've shot a lot of animals with my ballistic tips, but the posts above have some very good advice. And even though my rifle shoots them very well, I would not use them on a bear. They definitely weren't meant for something that tough.

I have not, but it sounds great!!

I agree Jim. I always slip it in behind the that heavy shoulder bone, fairly low … top of the heart / bottom of the lungs. That's a great spot to hit 'em.

Sounds like you're going to have a lot of fun with that !

You could call them but I seriously doubt they know what's going to happen next fall. Too many unknowns at this point.
